What to Expect at Your Visit

The Process

1. Send paperwork ahead of time
Please submit intake forms and prior records at least 24 hours before your appointment. This helps our providers prepare and make the most of your visit.

2.Bring all glasses
Please bring all glasses you have, even if you don’t currently use them. They can provide helpful insight into your visual history.

3. Plan for a 60–90 minute evaluation
Your first visit will take about 60–90 minutes. Some tests may temporarily increase symptoms like eye strain or dizziness. If you’re concerned about driving afterward, consider public transportation or bringing a driver.
